A train ticket several metres long for a family from Uppsala has caused great amusement.
"I haven't laughed that much in a long time as when I saw the ticket," says Greta Hogstad, who is currently on a ski holiday with her family in Storlien, to UNT.
Her husband and children collected the ticket from a machine in Uppsala together with a neighbour.
– When the ticket just gushed out of the machine, the neighbour took the opportunity to take a photo. We've measured it and it's 3.5 meters long, says Hogstad to UNT, which published the picture of the tickets hanging out of the machine like a long garland.
There has been great interest from the media, with many journalists getting in touch with the family, the newspaper writes.
Tågkompaniet, which is responsible for Norrtåg, tells SVT Jämtland that it's not so strange at all:
– If there are so many people travelling with several companies, then it can become quite a lot of tickets, says Maria Cederberg from Tågkompaniet's press office.
