The Swedish Aviation Industry, part of the Swedish Transport Companies, has signed a collective agreement with the Swedish Pilots Association (SPF) for the pilots at Braathens on February 14, 2026. This means that all notices of industrial action cease and the risk of strike is over.

-We now have an agreement in place, after conflict notice and mediation. The agreement is good for both Braathens and the pilots and is more adapted to the company's current operations. The cost increases are within the mark, the framework that the industry parties set for the 2025 agreement movement, says Linn Sidén, head of negotiations for the Swedish Aviation Industry.

– We should remember that Swedish domestic aviation is necessary for Sweden's productivity and accessibility. In addition, it is an important part of Sweden's security and preparedness, and therefore it is especially good that we have now come to a solution, says Linn Sidén.
