A spectacular arts festival is coming to Malta in March 2024, and has now received valuable support from UNESCO. Artists from over 75 countries will come together to explore the theme of the ”Deep Mediterranean” in historic sites managed by Heritage Malta.  

Over 2,500 artists have enthusiastically signed up for this uplifting event, and some of the world's most acclaimed artists are on board. 

The festival is organised by maltabiennale.art and will take place from 11 March to the end of May and promises to be a cultural highlight in Malta in 2024. UNESCO has formally approved this event and will closely monitor its development. 

In addition to stunning art exhibitions, the festival will also offer educational programs, exciting public events, interactive workshops and thought-provoking discussions. ”Deep Mediterranean” is the central theme that will unite all participants and visitors in a creative and cultural experience. 

This unique arts festival will create memories and cross cultural boundaries as artists and visitors immerse themselves in the rich history of the beautiful Mediterranean region. Here is an opportunity for everyone to participate and experience the magic of art on an international level.
