Tourists are now being advised not to travel to Bordeaux due to the ongoing fires in southwest France.

”We urge tourists not to come to this region, at least until the situation is under control,” says the prefect of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, where Bordeaux is located, among other places.

The fire is still not under control, and over 220,000 people have been evacuated from their homes.
