The motor industry tops the list when it comes to the number of companies. But the most cases are found in the travel industry. The newspaper Råd & Rön has produced this year's blacklist.
The list is based on companies that ignore the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN)'s recommendations on customer complaints.
The automotive industry dominates, just like last year, in terms of the number of companies. The most common complaint concerns the purchase of a used car where the seller has not wanted to fix hidden defects, despite ARN's recommendation to do so. They would owe their customers two million kronor if they had followed ARN's decision.
The travel industry, or more specifically the airlines, dominates as usual when it comes to the number of cases where the company has chosen to ignore the EU's rules on compensation for cancelled or delayed flights. Wizz Air tops the list, followed by Ryanair and Bravofly.
ARN's recommendations are usually not about monetary compensation but about canceling the purchase.
