The airline industry's corona crisis is far from over and the American low-cost airline Jetblue now finds itself forced to cut costs further.

The voluntary salary reductions that management has previously undertaken will continue in 2021. In addition, planned salary increases for employees will be canceled, as will the company's compensation for those on parental leave.

”"We are in the process of finalizing next year's budget right now and it will undoubtedly be the most challenging in our history," writes Mike Elliot, head of HR at Jetblue in a letter to all employees.
