Peter Lind becomes Jernhusen's new Business Area Manager for Stations

Jernhusen has recruited Peter Lind as Head of the Stations business area. He most recently came from a role as Development Manager Hagalund and long-time Property Manager at Humlegården. Today, Jernhusen has 36 stations around Sweden and the business area forms a foundation in both today's and future society.  

In early 2025, Peter Lind will start as Business Area Manager for Stations at Jernhusen. Peter will also become part of the company's management team. He comes from a role as Development Manager Hagalund at Humlegården.

Peter Lind has a long career in the real estate industry with over 25 years of experience in the management and development of commercial properties, city districts and various projects. He most recently comes from Humlegården where he worked for 20 years in several leading roles as Development Manager Hagalund, Property Manager and Project Manager. Previous employers include Forsen Projekt and Ericsson. Peter Lind has a bachelor's degree in real estate economics from KTH and has also studied strategy and corporate culture at Stanford Business School.

  • Of which office space: approx. 81,000 sq m 
  • Number of hotels: 1 (Scandic Continental, Stockholm) 
  • Number of visitors: total over 550,000 per day 

 
Stations serve as a central point in the city and a hub for public transport. Jernhusen strives to create stations that are easy to find, clean and accessible to everyone. The company's focus is on a wide range of services, attractive and pleasant stations to promote public transport. This also includes modernising the stations and developing areas near the stations, which contributes to the city growing with more meeting places, offices, restaurants, shops and hotels in central locations.
