FThe Jäll destination Ramundberget has made two strategic recruitments that will further strengthen the management team and contribute to the destination's continued development. Måns Johnsson has taken over as Sales and Marketing Manager, while Ozan Sen has been appointed Food & Beverage Manager.
Måns Johnsson took up his new position as Sales and Marketing Manager on October 2, 2023. Måns most recently comes from Salesforce where he spent 12 years and was responsible for the Alliances & Channels business area in Northern Europe. Prior to his time at Salesforce, he was Business Unit Director at Dun & Bradstreet.
– With Måns' broad and international experience in sales, business development and marketing, we are convinced that he will be a valuable asset to Ramundberget and our endeavor to offer even more skiing pleasure and enable adventure dreams in a unique mountain environment for our guests, says Martin Letzter, CEO of Ramundberget.
– I look forward to being able to help attract new, as well as old guests, to experience this historic mountain destination with a complete range of outdoor activities and activities for the whole family, winter and summer. This winter, a number of new experiences and events will be introduced for both adults and young people, such as four new ski routes, improved off-piste and competitions and events for our guests, which will be fun to work with, says Måns Johnsson, Sales and Marketing Manager.
Ozan Sen, who has also been appointed Food & Beverage Manager, will be overall responsible for five of Ramundberget's six restaurants, and will be responsible for the concept for the sixth, which is operated by a local partner. Ramundberget's wide range of restaurants can be found both up on the mountain and down in the valley. Here you can enjoy everything from delicious mountain coffee and waffles, hearty lunches to delicious multi-course dinners. These restaurants include Mor Britas at Hotel Fjällgården, Grytan kök & bar at Fjällgårdstorget, the award-winning Restaurang Tusen, which is one of Sweden's 24 architectural landmarks, Ösjöstugan out on the bare mountain and Mickelinas café. In addition to these, there is Lanthandeln pizza and delicatessen in the village center. Ozan most recently served as hotel director within Sleepingfox Hotel Group, where he ran a Best Western hotel in Linköping.
– The fact that we run the majority of our own restaurants means that we can show our expertise to a wide audience, which is incredibly fun, exciting and challenging. What attracted me to start working with the restaurants in Ramundberget is that it is a bit of the last outpost before nature takes over. Something I would like our guests to also feel in our cooking, along with our passion for locally produced, locally grown and sustainable products. Our long-term ambition is to create an attraction that puts Ramundberget on the food map and through this create added value not only for us, but for the entire region, says Ozan Sen, Food & Beverage Manager.
