SkyUp Airlines has appointed Aviareps as General Sales Agent (GSA) in Sweden, Germany and the Czech Republic. The partnership aims to strengthen the airline's presence in these key European markets in connection with its continued international expansion.
SkyUp Airlines is an international airline with Ukrainian roots, founded in 2017. The company has established itself as one of the most dynamic airlines in Europe and was ranked as the second largest Ukrainian airline in terms of passenger numbers in 2021. SkyUp holds a Maltese operating license, which allows for scheduled traffic within European airspace.
In 2025, SkyUp plans to launch an expanded network with new scheduled routes from Chișinău, the capital of Moldova, to several European destinations, including Sweden, Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Cyprus and the Czech Republic. The expansion is part of the airline’s long-term strategy to strengthen its position in key markets in Europe.
SkyUp currently operates the Stockholm Skavsta – Chișinău International Airport route twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Chișinău serves as a convenient transit point for onward travel into Ukraine.
