Tallink Silja Line is taking the next step in the development of its member club Club One. The updated version provides greater opportunities to reward customer loyalty and introduces a new, personalized and modern rewards system. In the coming week, all members will have access to the new features.

In connection with the renewal of Club One, all existing members will receive a new membership number. The updated features are activated automatically and require no action on the part of the members.

– As one of the leading cruise lines in the Baltic Sea, we know that travelers increasingly value tailored and flexible solutions. With the updated version of Club One, we want to reward customer loyalty in an even better way and surprise our members with experiences and benefits that create clear added value, regardless of whether it concerns our trips, onboard products, hotels or restaurants, says Piret Mürk-Dubout, CEO of Tallink Silja AB.

Club One is now introducing personal member accounts as part of its efforts to better reward customer loyalty. Each member can then climb the levels and receive benefits based on their own trips and purchases. The previous household-based system is being replaced, but with the new feature Travel companions Members can still share points with up to seven people, family and friends, without the need for a shared address. With the update, everyone in current household accounts will automatically receive individual accounts and be part of a shared Travel Companion, where they can earn and use points together, but level up, benefit from benefits and be rewarded individually.

Another new feature in the renewed Club One is Travel rewards, where members can unlock extra rewards, in addition to tier benefits, based on how many trips they make.

The revamped Club One program also includes four membership levels instead of three, with the new Platinum level for the most loyal and frequent travelers. No member will lose their current level as a result of the changes – some may even be promoted. New members will have immediate access to member pricing, tier-based benefits and exclusive partner offers.

Club One will continue to have a points system for travel and purchases, where earned points can be used to partially pay for future travel bookings, purchases in Tallink E-SHOP and at Tallink Hotels. Via the website and mobile app, members can easily follow their level, see current benefits and take advantage of their personal travel rewards.

Club One is one of the oldest and largest membership clubs in the Baltic Sea region. Silja Line's membership club was founded back in 1992 and was then called "Silja Line regular" and later Club Silja. In 2007 the program became Club One, and today the membership club has 3.47 million members, mainly in Finland, Estonia and Sweden.

According to the press release.
