TUI is launching eight new American destinations starting this fall. This year, bookings to the US have more than doubled compared to the previous year.

Exciting architecture and road trips in California, jazz and Creole dishes in New Orleans or a long weekend among skyscrapers in the city that never sleeps? One country that remains popular for Swedes to explore is the USA. So far, the leading travel operator has sold more than twice as many trips to the USA compared to last year. That is why TUI is choosing to expand its range with eight new destinations in the large country in the West. TUI has previously offered the destinations New York and Florida, but now Swedes can also book their next holiday to Los Angeles, Boston, San Diego, San Francisco, Chicago, Las Vegas, Washington DC and New Orleans. In total, TUI's range now includes more than 100 destinations worldwide.

– We constantly monitor demand and which destinations are trending among Swedes in order to expand our range with new destinations. The USA is a diverse and exciting destination and is still on many people's bucket lists. We are very pleased to now be able to offer even more destinations to the USA, says Tommy Serban, Commercial Director at TUI.

October and December are among the most popular months for TUI's Swedish customers to visit the USA and experiences are often in focus.

– For example, many of our US travelers choose to book tickets to popular attractions via our experience platform, including entry to Walt Disney World or the Statue of Liberty. Booking a rental car is also common, says Tommy Serban, commercial director at TUI.
