AS Tallink Grupp has today announced to the Tallinn Stock Exchange that its subsidiary, TLG Hotels, will cease operating Pirita Spa Hotel on November 15, 2018.
The closure of the operations comes as a result of Tallink Grupp's largest shareholder AS Infortar selling the hotel property.
”Tallink will continue to operate three hotels in Tallinn and one hotel in Riga,” says Peter Roose, CEO of OÜ TLG Hotell.
The transaction has no material impact on AS Tallink Grupp's consolidated results.
