Winn makes a key recruitment to the group management team and hires Anna Rosang as new Chief Commercial Officer.
– Anna Rosang's solid experience in digital business development, brands and sales combined with Winn's ability to run hotels is a prerequisite for us to achieve our goal of doubling turnover within five years, says Anders Junger, CEO and President of Winn Hotel Group.
A multi-brand company with 11 hotels
Winn Hotel Group operates 11 hotels in Sweden, both under its own brands such as the destination hotel Bjertorp Slott, Såstaholm and Högbo Brukshotell, or in collaboration with other hotel chains such as Strawberry and Radisson Hotel Group. Up until 2030, renovations are being carried out at several of its own hotels and several new facilities are planned to be built.
– We like to invest in economically challenging times. The goal is to double turnover, SEK 1.4 billion, by 2030. Within the next five years, Winn will therefore invest SEK 800 million, half of which will go to renovating, expanding and building spas at existing hotels and half to building several new destination hotels in attractive locations, says Anders Junger, CEO and President of Winn Hotel Group.
In parallel, the hotel group is building a new commercial function that will ensure that the investments are successful, including by developing digital sales. Overall responsibility for the new commercial team is Anna Rosang, who took on the role of Chief Commercial Officer in mid-January. Anna Rosang most recently comes from Telge Energi, where she drove digitalization in her role as marketing manager. Before that, she was digital manager at Filmstaden and developed the digital customer experience, which included sales, app development and loyalty programs.
– Working with the digitalization of the hotel industry is like coming home – it's a dream job. I have a lot to contribute and ambitious goals for strong results. In addition to digitalization and e-commerce, I am passionate about brands and sales, says Anna Rosang, Chief Commercial Officer for Winn Hotel Group.
