On Wednesday evening, a fight broke out on a Ryanair plane en route to Malmö Airport while it was in the air, reports Aftonbladet.

– Just before landing, the lights go out. And then suddenly we see two men who start fighting like hell. And they start fighting and throwing each other at other passengers, a witness tells the newspaper.

The men beat each other bloody and chaos ensued on board.

"There were so many children and women crying. People kind of wanted to run to the back of the plane to hide. There was blood everywhere," the passenger says.

The plane flew from Zagreb, Croatia, and landed in Sweden just before 10:30 p.m. The men were taken into custody by security guards at the airport. Both are Swedish citizens and one of them is now suspected of assault, reports Southern Swedish.
