The unlisted taxi company Cabonline, which includes Taxi Kurir, fires CEO Dag Kibsgaard-Petersen and appoints COO Charlotta Söderlund as acting CEO.
The company was refinanced last fall, and received a new chairman who had previously been removed as CEO.

Cabonline is the largest taxi company in the Nordic region with approximately 2,200 affiliated carriers and 4,100 cars in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The Danish operation, which included 300 carriers and 330 cars and a booking center serving the cities of Fredericia and Kolding, among others, was sold a month ago.
In addition to Taxi Kurir, the company includes Sverigetaxi and Topcab, which had a turnover of approximately SEK 5.6 billion in 2023. The net profit became a loss of SEK 94 million (2022: SEK -137 million).
The majority owner is a refinancing agreement from October last year, which was preceded by bonds of SEK 1.65 billion. was written down with half a billion, an international investor consortium consisting of, among others, Invesco and Nordstjernan.
Chairman Peter Viinapuu was appointed shortly afterwards. He himself was CEO for almost three years until September 2020, and was replaced with the then CFO of a then renewed board.
